Aotea Transfer Station

Service provided by Aotea Contractors

Rubbish and recycling bags can be purchased from Stonewall Store, Claris Store, Port Fitzroy Store, and the Claris Service Centre.

If you are unsure of whether what you have is reusable or landfill, Anamata or Transfer Station staff can guide you. It is important to separate your load so that potentially reusable or compostable mulch-able items are easily sorted and removed from landfill waste.

Gate fees at the Claris Transfer Station encourage everyone to reduce, recycle and divert from landfill. They are a contribution towards the cost of waste disposal on Aotea.

Find gate fees here.
